Who is this programme for?
Candidates applying for the long-cycle Master’s degree programme in Psychology must hold a secondary school leaving certificate that entitles them to higher education. Applicants are expected to demonstrate sensitivity and openness to universal human values, respect and tolerance for diversity and individual differences, awareness of the social aspects of a market economy, as well as creativity and innovation in solving problems related to the professional environment of a psychologist.

Career prospects after graduation
Graduates are prepared to work in the fields of clinical psychology and health psychology, educational psychology, and human development psychology. They may specialise in areas such as school-related difficulties, penitentiary and forensic psychology, sports psychology, management, business, and career counselling. Graduates are qualified to conduct psychological diagnosis, assessment and certification, preventive activities, as well as various forms of psychological support and professional psychological assistance.
Graduates may find employment in:
- healthcare institutions, including mental health clinics, neurosis treatment units, and psychiatric hospitals,
- educational and care institutions, including schools, psychological and educational counselling centres, and childcare facilities,
- social services, including labour market institutions, social welfare agencies, student career offices, and non-governmental organisations,
- companies and corporations, particularly in departments related to advertising, human resources, coaching, and mentoring,
- uniformed services, including the police and the armed forces.
